Our work is categorized into four transformative domains:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Ongoing Work<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">We are currently optimizing Advanced Electromagnetic Shielding and Absorption Materials, utilizing Fe-based alloys, Heusler alloys, and Hexa-Ferrite\/MWCNT reinforced epoxy composites. These materials are engineered for superior performance in military stealth applications. Simultaneously, our group is developing nanostructured Fe-based alloys specifically designed for high-sensitivity magnetoresistive sensors. In the realm of advanced manufacturing, we are conducting tribological and biocompatibility analyse<strong>s<\/strong> of multi-material Ti-6Al-4V-HA biomedical implants fabricated via Laser Powder Bed Fusion (LPBF). Additionally, we are pioneering polymer nano-composite coatings using a dual experimental and computational approach to significantly enhance aerodynamic efficiency.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Future Work<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Our future roadmap involves the integration of these materials into functional prototypes. We aim to scale the fabrication of functionally graded implants and validate the long-term durability of our EMI shielding composites in field-simulated environments.
